Kommunikation ist die Grundlage, um als F\u00fchrungskraft erfolgreich zu sein.<br \/>\nDabei gilt es zu beachten, dass wir nicht nur mit Worten kommunizieren.<br \/>\nKennen Sie Paul Watzlawick?<br \/>\nEr hat eine, von mehreren Grundmerkmale der Kommunikation definiert:<br \/>\n\u201eMan kann nicht, nicht kommunizieren\u201c<br \/>\nSelbst wenn ich in einer Runde sitze und stur zu Boden starre, ohne ein Wort zu sagen, kommuniziere ich. Ich teile meinen Kollegen nonverbal mit, dass ich nichts zu sagen habe und mich nicht beteiligen m\u00f6chte. Dieses Merkmal sollte nicht untersch\u00e4tzt werden, da solche Verhaltensweisen auf meine Au\u00dfenwelt eine gro\u00dfe Wirkung haben k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\n55% der Kommunikation wird der K\u00f6rpersprache zugeordnet.<br \/>\nNach der Mehrabian Formel teilt sich das Wirkungsverh\u00e4ltnis wie folgt auf:<br \/>\n7% Stimme, 38% Inhalt, 55% K\u00f6rpersprache (Mehrabian\/Ferris 1967,252).<br \/>\nWas bedeutet dies nun f\u00fcr uns als F\u00fchrungskraft? Es geht neben der richtigen Kommunikationstechnik, auch um die richtige K\u00f6rpersprache. Stimmt diese nicht mit dem Gesagten \u00fcberein, irritiere ich damit mein Gegen\u00fcber, in dem Fall meinen Mitarbeiter\/ meine Mitarbeiterin. In Sachen Kommunikationstechnik gibt es viele Ans\u00e4tze und unterst\u00fctzende Methoden, die uns dabei helfen \u201edie richtigen Worte zu finden\u201c. Hier m\u00f6chte ich gern zwei vorstellen, die ich pers\u00f6nlich als sehr praxisbezogen empfinde.<br \/>\n<strong>SAG ES und KUSS<\/strong><br \/>\nGerade in der Kommunikation als F\u00fchrungskraft ist eine wichtige Empfehlung, in ICH-Botschaften zu senden. Dadurch kann ich meine Themen, W\u00fcnsche und Gef\u00fchle authentisch platzieren. Das ist einfach gesagt, die richtige Formulierung, f\u00e4llt ab und an jedoch schwer.<br \/>\n\u201eSAG ES\u201c hilft uns dabei eine vollst\u00e4ndige ICH-Botschaft zu senden.<br \/>\n<strong>S<\/strong> Situation beschreiben (Mir ist aufgefallen, dass\u2026)<br \/>\n<strong>A<\/strong> Auswirkung auf mich (F\u00fcr mich bedeutet das\u2026.)<br \/>\n<strong>G<\/strong> Gef\u00fchl benennen (Ich f\u00fchle mich dabei\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>E<\/strong> Erfragen ( Wie sehen Sie das?&#8230;)<br \/>\n<strong>S<\/strong> Schlussfolgerung ziehen (Wie k\u00f6nnte die L\u00f6sung aussehen?&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKUSS\u201c wiederum unterst\u00fctzt uns bei einer einfachen, klaren Sprache<br \/>\n<strong>K<\/strong> urz<br \/>\n<strong>U<\/strong> und<br \/>\n<strong>S<\/strong> ehr<br \/>\n<strong>S<\/strong> impel<br \/>\nAusschweifende Reden, bei denen wir am Ende nicht mehr den Kern der Botschaft erkennen k\u00f6nnen, sind in Sachen Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung fehl am Platz. Der Mitarbeiter braucht eine Orientierung und eine klare Erwartungshaltung. Wie sonst k\u00f6nnen sie ihre Aufgaben erfolgreich umsetzen.
